Here’s What Happened To Tiffany Floyd And Her 4-Year-Old Daughter
According to New York PostFloyd took his daughter to the Burger King drive-thru in Getzville on Friday, July 26.
“All I heard was, ‘Mom, I don’t want ketchup,’ so I grabbed her purse, thinking they messed up her order again, and I looked, and there was just blood on her burger, all over the wrapper. I looked in her purse, there’s blood on her toys, all over everything,” Floyd told the outlet. “So I immediately told her to spit it out. She had fries and some of her burger. And then I looked at my meal, and there was blood in mine too.”
Floyd allegedly called the location later and spoke to a manager named Dan. Dan allegedly informed her that a cook “cut his hand and was bleeding.” Additionally, Floyd claimed that the manager apologized and offered to refund her money.
In addition, the mother spoke to her daughter’s pediatrician, who informed her that the 4-year-old girl would have to wait 30 days to undergo blood tests to detect possible diseases she had contracted.
“And then get blood tests every once in a while for a year to see if anything happens,” she said. “If they would just go and get tested, my daughter wouldn’t have to get pricked.”
According to Floyd, the Burger King store did not want to reveal the identity of the employee who got blood on the food.

According to New York PostAn initial response from Burger King showed that the company offered to pay for the 4-year-old’s medical expenses. In addition, the company released a lengthy statement.
“We were deeply upset and concerned to learn of this incident. We have reached out to the Guest and are working with her to resolve this incident. This incident was the result of a team member in the restaurant injuring her finger and immediately stepping away upon realizing it. We have closed the restaurant to retrain all team members and have hired an outside company to complete a deep cleaning. We expect the restaurant to reopen on Monday and are paying team members in full for any shifts missed during this temporary closure,” the statement read.
