The champagne is on ice for Kanye West …as a result, he finally found someone willing to shell out a fortune for the Malibu property he completely destroyed.
Kanye’s beachfront place in ‘Bu was put into escrow last Thursday… according to reports online.
Ye has been trying to get rid of the place for a minute, and it got to the point in April that he slashed $14 million off the original $53 million asking price from January… bringing the asking price down to $39 million. We don’t know how much the client agreed to pay.
Keep in mind… Kanye completely destroyed the place as part of a renovation he never completed… so it is definitely a renovation.

Heck, the place wouldn’t even have partitions and looks practically uninhabitable… so a long and expensive renovation is in order to secure this potential new owner… that is, if escrow actually closes.
Kanye turned to the “Promoting Sundown” star Jason Oppenheim to find a buyer… and it looks like he’s sold. Jason touted the property as a blank canvas.
In total, the property is 370 m², with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, outdoor decks and stunning views of the Pacific Ocean.
It will probably be interesting to see the final view of this place once the mud settles.
