JD Vance is bound to receive criticism for his latest resurfaced interview — as he once again went after childfree people… making a bold speech about how to combat their “anti-child” views.
Donald Trump‘s vice president pick sat down for an interview with The Federalist in 2021 — which, of course, is resurfacing now — and he shared his thoughts on people who choose not to have children… and what conservatives can do to change their minds.
As Vance said… Republicans need to “go to war against the anti-child ideology that exists in our country,” and by the sounds of it, his words may have been directed at women… that’s certainly how many are reacting anyway.
In other resurfaced discussions the Ohio senator has had online — he recently seemed particularly shaken by journalists who were apparently encouraging others on Twitter (now X) not to have children… and even asking those who had children to share their regrets.
Vance criticized this rhetoric as “pathetic,” as he felt that journalists should not be encouraging their colleagues not to have children. As he argued… people with children actually have “more meaningful” lives, which is why he is so intent on waging war on the ideology.

Vance also mentioned his sister, Lindsay Lewis Ratlifffor example… as he explained, his sister had already questioned whether she would become a mother at a very young age.
He added… “Shouldn’t people like my sister feel like the cultural message is ‘your life is inadequate?’ The people who are sending that message should feel like their life is inadequate. And of course they do. They’re too ashamed to talk about it.”

This isn’t the first time Vance has attacked childless people in the press. He recently faced backlash for comparing Kamala Harris and other Democratic leaders to “childless cat ladies”…which led a strong reaction of people like Jennifer Aniston and others.
He made similar statements in a 2020 podcast interview where he accused childless people of being sociopaths.

So yeah… this new quote is just the icing on the cake of an already controversial cake.
