Marcos Henry is one proud dad these days… his son has committed to wrestling at the University of Oklahoma — and he says the kid already has dreams of being a WWE Superstar!!
The former WWE World Heavyweight Champion explained it all to TMZ Sports this month… right after his 18-year-old son Jacob Henrypledged allegiance to the Sooner Nation.
Mark tells us that as a University of Texas alumnus, he initially cringed at the idea of Jacob in Crimson and Cream. But he’s warmed up to it — and is excited about his son’s future.
Mark said Jacob’s wrestling coaches are amazing…and he said there’s a chance the young man could join the OU football team, too.
“They wanted him to play spring football,” Mark said, “so maybe you’ll see him on that field as a two-sport athlete, too.”
While he does have that option… Mark said Jacob is all in on wrestling — and has some pretty lofty goals.
“His real passion is pro wrestling,” Mark said. “He’s not trying to be an Olympic champion. He said, ‘Dad, I’m not trying to go to the Pro Bowl or win the Super Bowl.’ He said, ‘I want to main event WrestleMania. I want to go to Japan and be a champion.'”
Mark will be there to support him every step of the way…but there’s one thing he needs to do first: get his college degree!!!
“He has to give me the diploma first,” Mark said. “He and my daughter have to. I was like, ‘You give me the diploma, I’ll give you the keys to the inheritance, and you can do whatever you want.'”

“We do classic shows,” he said. “We do elite-level shows internationally. It’s a lot of fun. We’re going to do a verse with (Major League Wrestling). WWE said they were open for business.”
