Thirty-year-old ‘Empire’ actor Bryshere Gray would have been arrested in Florida.

On Friday, July 26th, The Shadow Room accessed Broward County records, which indicated that Gray had been arrested that same day. According to arrest records, Gray was apparently booked in Hallandale Beach and taken into custody on a charge of “trespassing on an unoccupied structure or conveyance.”
The record does not indicate the area Gray allegedly trespassed in. However, it does note that his “charge status” is “pending trial,” and he was placed on a $150 bond.

Brief history of the actor and his legal problems
According to TMZGray’s legal troubles date back to at least 2019. In June of that year, the actor was arrested after it was discovered that he was driving without a license or insurance.
Then in May 2020, the actor made headlines again after his landlord sued him for over $26,000 in property damage allegedly caused by Gray. In July of that year, the actor was arrested for allegedly abusing his wife and subsequently having a “standoff” with police officers, for TMZ.
In May of the following year, Gray was sentenced to ten days in jail and three years probation for the incident, according to TMZ. Most recently, in November 2022, after allegedly violating his probation and committing abuse against another woman, by TMZ.
