Cyndi Lauperis giving his assessment of Donald Trump’s management competence… saying the former president is not a good boss — because he was not loyal to his team.
The singer-songwriter joined Christine Amanpour on her CNN show and cheekily referenced her time working with DJT on the hit show “Superstar Apprentice” during its ninth season in 2010.
When asked about her time on the show, Lauper said she joined to start the “Give A Rattling” campaign…raising money to reach LGBTQ+ youth.
Cyndi says the entire level was to study senior management skills… a lesson that didn’t serve her well years later when Trump began to blatantly oppose the homosexual group.
Lauper recalls that Trump’s present had several LGBTQ+ employees… and she says the fact that Trump later turned against their group proves he wasn’t such a great leader.
Trump fired Lauper from the show during week 9 of the competition… Poison singer Bret Michaels went on to win the season just a few weeks later.
Lauper received some criticism for doing the show at the time due to Trump’s comments about her friend Rosie O’Donnell’s controversy that she later addressed on “Ellen.”
Lauper has vented this frustration with the previous president before BTW… comparing him to Hitler again in 2016 for turning against the homosexual group — so this stance is well documented.
Looks like Cyndi needs to fire Donald this time…or at least make sure he doesn’t get hired for another term!
