In the publication of data relating to the implementation of the emergency change measure to work in continuous operations with rotating shifts, during the first day of July 15, the Ministry of Labour and Social Security.
In particular, in the period up to July 15, PS “ERGANI” recorded the following data:
- Total number of employers in the country employing dependent workers: 326,482 employers and 382,775 branches.
- A total of 690 companies from 1,671 branches applied to use the emergency work shift, that is, 0.44% of the country’s branches submitted an application.
- Of the 1,671 branches that submitted applications, 291 meet the requirements of the law (i.e. continuous operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with rotating shifts, or operation 24 hours, 5 or 6 days with rotating shifts), i.e. 17.4% of applications and 0.076% in all annexes.
- In cases of illegal affiliation through the measure, any work performed by employees is considered illegal and the sanctions provided for are applied.
