If JJ Watt wants to show off his new body, one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time is willing to help… 7x Mr. Olympia Phil Heath account TMZ Sports he would have the future Hall of Fame stage ready in 3 months!
“He really looks really good,” said Heath, 44, adding… “I think he would really do well at the amateur level.”
Not bad praise coming from a man who has won the Olympia seven times in a row (he also finished second in 2010 and 2018).
Of course, Watt, 35, shocked fans earlier this week when he posted a shirtless photo looking incredibly DESTROYED!
It goes without saying that JJ — a defensive lineman in his former profession — has always been a premium athlete, but he was listed at nearly 300 pounds. Watt has slimmed down significantly.
Where is Watt strong? Weak? We asked Heath.
“I think his core looks really good. His core is a strength. His chest is a strength. His legs are actually not bad,” Phil told us.
“Could he use more calf development? Yeah, he could definitely use more calf development. Could he use more deltoids? Yeah. Could his arms be bigger? A lot of football fans would say, ‘Man, his arms are awesome. His arms are huge.'”
Heath continued… “This is my sport we’re talking about. You have to have at least 22 inches of arms, man, especially someone that tall. So for him to be proportionate, he has to work his front, side and rear delts like crazy.”
Now, it’s entirely possible that JJ, who has made a lot of money on and off the field, doesn’t want to kill himself in the gym (and at the dinner table). But if he does, here’s what Heath had to say about the guys training together.
“I can have him ready for an amateur show in literally 12 weeks, no doubt, no doubt,” Heath said.
“If he trained with me for 12 weeks and we made sure everything was going well, no injuries, did blood work, did all this cool stuff, got his nutrition sorted out, in 12 weeks I could put him on an amateur stage. And he would be really, really pleased with how he looked. Really pleased.”

So, someone ask JJ for a banana hammock, some fake tan and oil… and call Phil!
