Phaedra Parks is in talks to return to “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” Page Six can verify.
The attorney — who starred on the Bravo reality show from Season 3 in 2010 through Season 9 in 2017 — is in talks with the network about filming Season 16, which is currently in production.
According to Love B. Scott, who first reported the news, Parks’ current contract with Bravo’s “Married to Medicine” is the “biggest hurdle” when it comes to a “RHOA” return.
We will check if the 11th season of “M2M” is also in production.
The outlet also reported that Parks’ well-received on-screen dynamic with returning “RHOA” star Porsha Williams during the 15th anniversary special of “Watch What Occurs Dwell with Andy Cohen” only “increased the anticipation for Phaedra’s return.”
Parks’ possible return comes on the heels of Kenya Moore’s sudden departure from “RHOA” during filming of Season 16.
Page Six reported earlier this month that Moore had been suspended indefinitely after shocking attendees at her salon’s grand opening with posters of newcomer Brittany Eady allegedly performing oral sex.
We were informed that cameras were filming the event and that an investigation would be launched at a later date.
Parks, meanwhile, was fired from “RHOA” over her personal sex scandal; she admitted during the Season 9 reunion that she spread a rumor that her then-costar Kandi Burruss wanted to drug and rape Williams.
When Page Six spoke to Parks, 50, at the Critics’ Selection Real TV Awards last month, she said she had “no answers” to Moore’s situation.
When asked whether or not she had any advice for Moore, Parks told us, “You guys probably wouldn’t want to hear my advice.”
As for what fans can expect from the upcoming season of “M2M,” she teased, “It’s going to be an incredible season. Quad (Webb) is back, so that’s going to be fascinating.”
“(Lateasha) ‘Candy Tea’ (Lunceford) is married to (Webb’s ex-husband) Dr. Gregory (Lunceford), so you really see the dynamic with Quad and Candy Tea. It’s going to be good. Some pretty wild engagements.”
Reps for Parks and Bravo did not immediately respond to our requests for comment.
