Former Prime Minister of Great Britain Liz Truss lost his seat in south-west Norfolk, one of the Conservatives’ biggest losses on a disastrous night for the party.

The 45-day prime minister was blamed by many Conservatives for Thursday’s historic defeat, losing her seat to Labour candidate Terry Jeremy.
Truss was elected by 26,000 votes in the 2019 election and was not expected to face any major challenges in this election. However, as reported by the Guardian, he did not run any special election campaign, despite having been an MP for the region for 14 years.
