As previously reported by The Shadow RoomBaby Halo was eagerly awaiting a glimpse in April 2024 while Halle and her sister Chloe were on a live stream. The baby quickly turned around, and the side of her face was shown. However, Aunt Chloe used her hand to shield her entire mug from viewers.
Fast forward to July 3, and the couple posted photos of Halo separately on their Instagram accounts. The ‘Little Mermaid’ actress shared several photos of the trio on a pier in Southern Europe. The caption read: “first time of the halo in Italy.” The first two photos were of the whole gang, and the last was a photo of Halle alone holding baby Halo.
Additionally, the first image DDG — born Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr. — posted included his girlfriend and son. The singer rested her head on Darryl’s shoulder as he held his little man. The carousel also included two solo photos with Baby Halo, including an image of the rapper mocking his son’s crying face. Additionally, there was also a close-up of Baby Halo followed by a photo of DDG as a baby. He captioned the post, “la familia ♥️ who does Halo look like the most? 😂”
Additionally, Darryl shared cute moments on his Instagram Stories, writing, “my baby is finally free.”
Social media reacts to the big reveal
Under The Shade Room’s report, commenters shared their thoughts on Halle and DDG’s first child reveal. Some Roomies were upset that the couple revealed the baby’s face.
@leaux_london said, “Hiding your child just to show him is a strange thing…”
“We don’t care,” @leggsz wrote.
@atomicunderdog, “He’s the perfect mix of both. He’s going to be one of those kids who looks like whatever parent is around him at the time.”
Others decided to comment on the Baby Halo’s features.
