Karen It is Deon Derrico‘s grand finale on TLC showed them moving into their dream home — an emotional moment, but like we said before… it’s also a very dated moment, as they divorced months later.
On Tuesday’s season five finale of “Doubling Down With the Derricos,” viewers watched as the family finally moved their 14 kids into their new Las Vegas home after enduring the difficulties of the delayed move throughout the season … which caused significant tension for the now exes.

Take care with affection
In a tense moment, Deon admitted in a confessional: “We’re really grateful to finally be here because there was a lot of tension between Karen and I.”
“(We) finally put all of this behind us. That’s priceless,” he continued… signaling his hopes that they were putting all of their hard times behind them — but as we know, that didn’t happen.
TMZ broke the story… a judge signed off on it the couple’s divorce last month. They filed for divorce on June 4 and received the judgment just 2 days later on June 6. They agreed to share legal and physical custody of their 13 minor children equally between both parents.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Deon will pay $1,166 per month in child support, while Karen will not pay any child support as she will cover the costs of the children’s medical insurance.
‘Doubling Down’ fans have been watching Deon and Karen’s relationship deteriorate over the past few weeks… including in one episode where they argued over the chaotic state of their home.
The series follows the Derricos’ family life after they end up having 14 children after having quintuplets, triplets, and twins, as well as a few other pregnancies.
