It’s getting more and more intense the reputation of brokers about a possible new business development at Intralot – led by Sokratis Kokkalis (pictured) – one month after the sudden acquisition of EUROPE Insurance by the Kokkalis Group and Intracom Holdings.
The scenarios, in fact, preserve and the upward trend of the stock, which shows a double-digit increase since the beginning of the year, although it is consistently at the highest levels since 2018.
However, it should be noted that so far nothing tangible.
Fines are coming for non-publication of financial statements
Failure to publish balance sheets on time is an internal characteristic that remains unchanged over time.
Large groups such as Unilever, Upfield, but also comparatively smaller companies such as Elbisco, are in a state of suspension in GEMI, since the last year they published concerns 2021, although we are already in the second half of 2024, while there are also other companies that have not been suspended, as they were not “stung” by the sampling.
Given the government’s expressed intention to tighten controls on the phenomenon of speculation, it appears that legislation relevant to the timely disclosure of financial statements will be dynamically activated in the near future.
