Hailey Welch — viral girl “Hawk Tuah” — is apparently trying to go from “spitting on this thing” to making the public spit… because now she’s trying to secure the rights to her famous line… and it looks like she has a comedy career in mind.
TMZ has obtained the trademark application for “Hawk Tuah,” in which Welch is applying for trademarks in two fields: one for apparel, such as hats and shirts, and another for entertainment services… namely comedy podcasts and live comedy shows.
Welch has filed for the trademark on her new company, 16 Minutes, LLC — a smart move as Hailey tries to extend her 15 minutes of lasting fame… not the first sign she’s been trying to do so, as you know.
As we told you… Hailey’s management team, Penthouse, took a step forward yesterdayrevealing that they were representing the viral internet sensation — this after fake news reports claimed that UTA would represent her.

Bri Uncut Plan
Sources with direct knowledge tell us that Hailey’s newly acquired team is immediately getting to work shutting down traders trying to profit off of Hailey’s tongue-in-cheek words… sending many of them cease and desist letters.
We’re told that people close to Hailey think a lot of companies are cashing in on her genius — which is fair enough, given the number of trademarks filed by various companies in the wake of the viral explosion.
Our sources say Hailey has plans to leave your own product line in the future, by the way… so expect some “Hawk Tuah” merch from the Queen herself soon.
And for those who wanted to see Hailey crack jokes… looks like she’s planning on picking up a mic soon!
