A new evacuation of the areas of Khan Yunis and Rafah, in its southern part Gaza Strip, the Israeli military ordered. In these areas, hundreds of thousands of Palestinians have already been forced to flee battles for several weeks.
The representative of the Arabic-speaking Israeli army, Avihai Andrae, ordered, according to a statement, the evacuation of the cities al-Kwarara, Bani Suheika and other towns in the eastern part of these two provinces.
This command comes after the launch this morning “20 missiles” to Israel, from the Khan Younis area.
The head of al-Sifa is free
The head of Al-Sifa Hospital in Gaza has been released after more than seven months of Israeli detention.
Dr. Mohammed Abu Salmiya said he believes the current conditions for Palestinian prisoners in Israeli prisons are worse than ever.

At the time of his arrest, the Israeli military said there was evidence that the al-Shifa hospital he ran served as a Hamas command and control center. Hamas and the hospital administration denied this.
Many Israeli ministers and politicians denounced his release.
After his release, Dr. Abu Salmiya claimed that some of the medical staff detained by Israel had died in prison due to torture.
In April, Dr Adnan al-Bursh – who was head of orthopedics at al-Shifa hospital – reportedly died in custody.
Dr. Abu Salmiya also stated that Palestinian prisoners faced verbal and physical humiliation, as well as a lack of food and water. “We were severely tortured and my little finger was broken. I was subjected to repeated blows to the head, causing several hemorrhages,” he said. “There was torture almost daily in Israeli prisons. When prisoners’ cells were invaded, they were severely beaten every day.”
Similar allegations of mistreatment have been made by some of the thousands of Palestinians detained since the start of the war between Israel and Hamas.
Israel’s prison service told the BBC it was not aware of Dr Abu Salmiya’s allegations, but said all prisoners are detained in accordance with the law and that prisoners have the right to lodge a complaint.
In Israel, several ministers and political leaders expressed their outrage at the release of Dr. Abu Salmiya.
