Drops of water are continuous from air forces working on the fire that broke out in a forested area in Stop Attica.
14 aerial vehicles (6 helicopters and 8 aircraft) are operating in the area, as previously reported during a briefing by the Fire Department press representative, Vassilis Vathrakogiannis.

Barrage of 112 messages
Previously, 112 sent messages to residents in the area to move away from the Amygdaleza area along Stamatas Avenue towards Stamatas Square.
A few minutes later, a new 112 message asked residents of the Galini area to move away along Stamatas Avenue towards Drosia.
Through a third message sent by 112, residents of Rodopoli were advised to move away via Stamatas Avenue towards Drosia.
Dionísio residents also received a message from 112, telling them to close doors and windows due to the smoke.
