Spanish international striker Joselu has left European champions Real Madrid to join Qatari side Al Gharfa.
The 34-year-old striker, currently with the Iberians at Euro 2024, scored 17 goals and provided three assists in 49 games for Real on loan at Espanyol last season, securing a place in Germany’s European Championship squad.
Before the Qataris’ big offer arrived, he looked set to extend his stay at the Santiago Bernabéu as Real had decided to exercise their €1.5 million option to sign him permanently.
