In Franco-German proposal for significant changes to the text of the Strategic Agenda reacted the Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
The Prime Minister reportedly reacted strongly by raising the issue of institutional principle and procedure, recalling that the text had been discussed at length in the Committee of Permanent Representatives and asked to stay as is.

Ms. Meloni immediately supported this proposal and requested that the text remain as is.
The intervention in favor of maintaining the text without significant changes was supported by the majority of partners, including Cyprus, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Luxembourg, Finland, Estonia, the Czech Republic, Lithuania and Belgium.
