Perry, 32, joined Babcock at the “TMZ Sports” TV Show (airs nightly on FS1) … and two things are clear ahead of his July 20 boxing match with 27-year-old Paul – he’s excited and there’s a fight between them. Lots of it.

Mike previously told us he wanted to fight Jake bare-knuckle, but said that wasn’t a good idea for Paul, who he says doesn’t want to be part of that setup.
Still, the MP has an idea.
“Jake can take the gloves off and I’ll put the gloves on, and I’ll still kick his ass,” Paul said. “He can fight me without gloves, and I’ll punch him with 10-ounce gloves.”

Perry and Paul have some history… they trained together briefly a few years ago, although Mike says he doesn’t think he can shine much with the sparring session. Still, it was enough for Mike to know that Jake’s entitlement could be a potential problem.
“I know his right hand. I understood it back then when he hit me with it; that’s his little thing, and I understand it. I also landed a few shots that I’m pretty good at. We’re both in for a battle. It will be a struggle and a test of wills.”
Perry ultimately predicts he will finish Paul in the seventh round.
“If he’s putting pressure on me to try to get me out of there, I’ll get him out of there faster,” Perry said. “When it comes to adrenaline, and that night of July 20th, I will be a problem for anyone on this planet.”
