Riley pressureHis death is not the fault of the bars that served him, as he was clearly drunk… that’s what the Tennessee Alcohol Tax says.
The TABC released its findings Thursday after a months-long investigation and says it has found no clear evidence through eyewitness accounts, interviews or camera footage to suggest that bartenders served him drinks while he was visibly drunk.
TABC lays out the timeline of the night in detail, in response to several of Riley’s fraternity brothers… who say the group went from Miranda Lambertbar for Garth Brooks‘place before entering Lucas Bryanit’s the first time.
After staying there for a while, they went to Rock Childat Luke Bryan’s house, but then determined to return to Luke Bryan’s house. One of Riley’s fraternity brothers told investigators that at that time Riley had consumed at least seven drinks and was talking badly… so they got him two waters.
According to the report, Riley tried to close a tab — which he didn’t even have — and the bartender then instructed security to kick him out of the bar.

TABC says the Pressure remained safe in all four places the group visited… so ultimately, the commission says it doesn’t appear the bars overserved it.
