Vassilis Spanoulis is said to have been dealt a blow by Bayern Munich, who are in a technical crisis following the departure of Pablo Lasso.
The information comes from Germany and, according to it, the Bavarians also want Nikos Zisi, godfather and close friend of “V-Span”, for the position of general manager.
Spanoulis is the national coach of Greece and has a two-year contract with the EEC, but his eventual agreement with the German national team does not affect the issue of the national team.
The representative group has the pre-Olympic tournament ahead of them even if they qualify for the Paris Olympic Games, while the next objective is Eurobasket 2025.
According to @RobertHeusel and I, Vassilis Spanoulis, are one of the candidates at Bayern. There has been contact. But there is no decision yet. pic.twitter.com/JUMBKiEnLM
