Full press release:
“Since accepting my husband’s unprovoked and unprecedented act of violence, as well as his subsequent behavior in general, which demonstrates his psyche and personality, I have consciously maintained an attitude of silence towards the mass media.
This is because I respect the ongoing criminal process, but above all, first and foremost, my daughter, who is the only reason I am entering into the unpleasant process of taking a public stance.
I clarify that I have not made any statement and I deny those attributed to me or to my family and friends, as at this moment both I and the people who are by our side have as their only priority the protection of my son and my physical and psychological recovery.
In view of the above, I request that no mention be made of the person of my daughter, in fact any mentions are not justified by the need to inform, which should only focus on the scourge of domestic violence and the criminal act that was committed at my expense and he undoubtedly caused and
proven danger to my life. The fact that, due to the several continuous punches to my face and head, I was at that moment choking on the blood I was swallowing, my nose was broken and I was fainting, can have no other meaning.
There are many incidents that only the investigation and the police and judicial authorities are aware of and that I do not wish to make public, respecting the work of Justice, but also for my own safety.
My silence does not mean weakness, or that I am hiding or that it is not necessary to highlight the truth; my silence means exactly the opposite. There is no precedence for public debate on whether the temporary detention or the legal characterization of the act was justified. This dialogue will only take place in court.
I regret to inform you that a small, fortunately, sector of the media has developed paraphilology on matters of a financial nature, and I want to clarify that after consultation among lawyers, an authorized person came on Saturday, June 22, 2024, and took what belonged to my husband , with a previously marital roof.
I was informed of my husband’s apology and recognition of me as a worthy wife and mother, which I consider to be ulterior motives regarding his behavior after the act and to this day does not demonstrate a sincere expression of remorse.
As a fighting lawyer and as an institutional collaborator of Justice I know very well that my only form of claim can only be achieved through recourse to Justice, which I serve and respect. Therefore, for all questions related to this case, I turn to the competent authorities, with irrefutable evidence and evidence.
Finally, I am grateful for the love and support I have received during what some describe as “the bad time.” It is not “the bad time,” abusive behavior. It is not “the bad time,” it is a crime.
