The rule requires that most of New York’s luxury skyscrapers be housed in towering skyscrapers.
But there are also exceptions. One of them was raised in Greenpoint, the northernmost neighborhood of Brooklyn.

The two towers, Eagle and West, appear to be formed by mirrored and rotated squares.
