Josh Duggarthe attempt to overturn his child pornography conviction in the US Supreme Court was rejected… the judges refused to even hear his appeal.
The U.S. Supreme Court denied Josh’s appeal attempt on Monday after he also lost in October at the U.S. Court of Appeals.
The Supreme Court didn’t explain the reasoning behind its decision…although that’s not necessarily unusual.

Josh Duggar Accused of 2 Counts of Child Pornography
The former “19 Kids and Counting” star was the first arrested in April 2021 and then accused of receiving and possessing child pornography… with investigators later testifying that images depicting sexual abuse of children and infants were downloaded to Josh’s computer at a car dealership.
He ended up being found guilty on all charges.
In May 2022, Josh was sentenced to 12 and a half years in prison… but his lawyer filed an appeal, claiming that Josh’s rights were violated during the initial investigation.
Before his arrest Josh was already a controversial figure… after his parents Jim Bob It is Michelle Duggaracknowledged Josh’s teenage sexual abuse allegations that surfaced in 2015 … sharing that he had previously apologized privately.
Josh – the former Executive Director of the Family Research Council in Washington DC – later addressed the scandal on social media, writing… “Twelve years ago, as a young teenager, I acted in an inexcusable manner, for which I deeply regret and deeply regret.”
TLC has canceled the popular Duggar family show, which documented Jim Bob and Michelle raising their growing brood as devout Independent Baptists.
Josh also admitted to cheating on his wife, A-N-A, with whom he shares 7 children. He began seeking treatment for a pornography addiction in 2015.
He is currently serving time at FCI Seagoville in Texas.
