With his announcement, New Democracy spokesman Nikos Romanos “responds” to the role of president of SYRIZA, Stefanou Kasselakischaracteristically mentioning that “he confessed with his post that his party does not have a government program and confesses that he has been mocking citizens for months”.
Holy. Kasselakis: I can have a life and career outside of politics
“Of Mr. Kasselakis’ long US post, we have to skip most of it, which is spent on fierce intra-party attacks against his former and current ‘comrades’. Those are their problems,” notes Romanos.
Mr. Romanos referring to Mr. Kasselakis’s aversion points out:
“However, we cannot ignore the fact that the president of SYRIZA made a cynical confession. He essentially admits, and in fact in the most blunt way, that SYRIZA does not have a government program, stating verbatim: “This time we are not going to have a last-minute pre-election program, a copy paste of the various sections of the party, with balances between the different “trends”, and without adequate funding. No. We will create a program for everything.”
In other words, he admits that he has been deceiving citizens for months.”
And he concludes:
“Everyone now understands why he did not dare appear before the House Finance Committee, as he had been repeatedly invited, to refute the General Accounting Office’s figures on the exorbitant cost of his proposals.”
