RELATED: Kenya Moore Opens Up About Co-Parenting With Marc Daly Amid Divorce
Marc Daly’s Child Support Agreement Revealed
PEOPLE reports that Daly and Moore finalized their divorce in December 2020. However, the terms of the couple’s divorce were agreed upon this week, as was the amount of money Daly will hand over monthly. Marc agreed to pay $2,000 to support Brooklyn’s living expenses. Additionally, he will pay Kenya $1,000 a month, which will be deposited into a savings account for her college fund. Furthermore, the divorce documents said that Marc “must provide evidence and a start date by January 2024 – meaning your total contribution must be twelve thousand dollars ($12,000) for the year.”
The judge tries to make sure they each have a healthy relationship with Brooklyn
As previously reported by The Shadow Room, the couple’s divorce was complicated. It was so bad that it seemed like the judge wanted to make sure his one-on-one relationship with Brook remained unscathed. The judge “…ordered that both parties encourage the minor child to develop close and caring relationships with the other party and each refrain from conduct that harms or may harm a positive relationship between the minor child and the other party.”
Marc and Kenya got married on June 10, 2017. They called it quits after two years. She said PEOPLE in 2019 that she “…I didn’t get married to give up.” She added, “I love my husband. I don’t doubt that he loves me. I believe in the best and the worst and I believe in trying everything before leaving, especially when we have a child and we are a family.”
Sometimes it’s better for mom and dad to separate. Wish them happy co-parenting.
