Dropping one Israeli drone that its fighters announced the Hezbollah of Lebanon, announced that its fighters today shot down an Israeli unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) in the southern part of the country.

The Israeli Armed Forces (IDF) confirmed the downing of the drone in Lebanon.
“A surface-to-air missile was fired at an Israeli Air Force UAV operating in Lebanese airspace. As a result, the UAV was damaged and crashed on Lebanese soil,” the relevant update states.
Attacks between Israel and Hezbollah are intensifying
The Iran-backed Shiite movement said its fighters shot down a Hermes 900an Israeli-made unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) used for reconnaissance and attack purposes.
Hostilities along Lebanon’s border with Israel have intensified in recent days.
On Saturday, two people were killed in an Israeli airstrike on the outskirts of the city of Aitaroun, in southern Lebanon.
Hezbollah’s reaction was immediate, as a few hours later rocket attacks were launched against Kibbutz Malkia and an IDF command center in northern Israel.
In the second case, Falaq 2 missiles were used for the first time.
