Jennifer Lopez has been having a tough time lately with all the negativity in her life… but she’s coming back with a vengeance, scoring big streaming numbers with her new Netflix movie.
The singer/actress stars as Atlas Shepherd – a data analyst wary of Artificial Intelligence – in the sci-fi thriller “Atlas”… and, according to Variety, the film is beating the competition when it comes to ratings, despite of the terrible reviews.

The trade reports that “Atlas” had the most streams in the six-day period, starting on May 24th – when the film was released – until May 30th.
Luminate — an analytics company that tracks viewership of streaming services — said “Atlas” received 1.3 billion minutes watched on Netflix and 11 million views that week, taking home the biggest title on the Netflix charts.
The third season of “Bridgerton” came in second place, but completely dominated other competing shows, recording 766.8 million minutes watched and about 3.7 million views in its second full week.
Meanwhile, the good news for J Lo on the big screen was a welcome relief from all the drama surrounding her — and frankly, there’s been a lot of it lately, personally and professionally.
As we reported, J Lo’s marriage to Ben Affleck he has hit an obstacle and they are both now living in separate houses in Los Angeles. J Lo also recently canceled his music tour and sales of his last album plummeted.
Like we said… a few hurdles here and there, but with that – it’s a W certificate.
