Cheryl Burkeis giving his most important advice to potential “Dancing With The Stars” contestants…be single if you want, because you’re bound to fall in love.
The ‘DWTS’ alum explained on her “Sex, Lies, and Spray Tans” podcast that the celebrities who participate in the dance competition usually get involved with their dance partners because the way everything is set up is so that two people really come together and get closer. .. physically and mentally.
Because stars are constantly rehearsing with their partners – which involves a lot of close contact and vulnerability – Cheryl says it’s a recipe for love… which could be bad if you’re taken in, because your relationship could be doomed.
Cheryl says getting close to each other on the show is inevitable… adding: “These celebrities are so vulnerable because to be successful, you have to bare it all. And that’s it? I bet most of these married celebrities have never They did this to their (partners)!”
When asked what the golden rule is for anyone looking for a place on the dance floor, the seasoned show veteran joked, “Stay single if you do ‘Dancing With the Stars.’ That’s all, I’m telling you.”
Cheryl confirmed she had three “showmances” of her own, including one with former football star Chad Ochocinco Johnson – but insisted they were purely about lust, especially as she felt the novels could never be translated into real life.
Cheryl’s spark with her ex-husband Matthew Lourenço was also ignited by ‘DWTS’ when his brother, Joey Lawrence, appeared on the program. Of course, there have been many other celebrity examples staying with on ‘DWTS,’ including Mauricio Umansky It is Emma Slater.
