In paragraph four, the planned launch of the spacecraft was canceled Boeing Starliner, due to a technical problem that was not immediately clarified.

The second postponement
It is the second delay in the launch of this mission in less than a month, which will allow Starliner to transport NASA astronauts to the International Space Station (ISS) for the first time.
