Ian Bohen is causing big things for Yellow stonelast season. ET spoke with the actor ahead of the Paramount Network show’s pop-up in Diligenceand he was not ashamed of the epic nature of Yellow stonein upcoming series finale.
“Fans will come to the (best) conclusion that could be written,” Bohen told ET. “Everything is going to happen in a perfectly defined way. A lot of shows just end… and they don’t satisfy you. It will conclude in a way that makes sense.”
“I don’t know if any show has ever ended so strongly,” he continued. “We hope to have the best series finale in history. Overconfident, perhaps, but I think that’s what it will be. We thank everyone for their patience… It will be worth the wait, I promise.”
As fans wait with bated breath to see how the Series led by Kevin Costner will close, they can dive into the world of Yellow stone at the Dutton Ranch pop-up show at Stagecoach in Indio, California, April 26-28.
“We will have some talents, not just Yellow stone, but at every Taylor (Sheridan) show,” Bohen said of the event. “There will be meet and greets where we can hang out, talk and take photos. There will be some products… (It) will be centered among all the music around it. It’s a really great addition to what’s going on there all weekend.”
Actors attending the event include Dave Annable, Jen Landon and LaMonica Garrett. Yellow stone star Luke Grimes will also take the stage at the music festival, headlined by Eric Church, Miranda Lambert and Morgan Wallen.
As Bohen prepares for the festival, where limited co-branded Yellow stone x Stagecoach merchandise will be available for purchase at the Airstream pop-up store, he reflected on experiencing the show’s impact alongside his castmates.
“It’s like having brothers and sisters where you go through the moments of life and are with your family. When something really cool happens, you look left and right to see who is with you and who is smiling the same way as you. ,” he said. “It’s looking to the side to see who’s next to you and they feel the same thing. It’s a family… It will never go away.”
The series’ obvious impact is “too grounded” to be experienced in real-life events like Stagecoach, Bohen said.
“When people talk about what the show means to them, you feel like you’re part of something much bigger than just an entertainment product,” he told ET. “It touches people in a different way than just something they’re a fan of. It’s a cultural phenomenon… It makes you feel like the work you’re doing is more important than you ever imagined it would be. “
The final season from MTV Entertainment Studios, 101 Studios and Paramount Network’s Yellow stone will debut in November 2024.
