3:41 pm PT – Sources with direct data tell TMZ… Disney is very big on character integrity – because keeping the magic alive with their company and customers is of utmost importance to them, which is why they ended up eliminating Sophia Dottir.
Regarding this particular situation, we are told that the integrity of character they value was damaged – so they had to do what they had to do. When it comes to the rumors that Snow White is “banned” from its parks, our sources say that couldn’t be further from the truth and that will never happen… and that if you go to any Disney parks these days, SW is being played by another actress.
A woman who played Snow White for a job claims she was fired by the House of Mouse for ruining the magic on social media… which has sparked some confusion among Disney fans.
Here’s the deal… a girl named Sophia Dottir recently posted a lengthy explainer of a saga she claims to have gone through while attending the Disney School Program in Orlando – where she apparently purchased to decorate and paint the “real life” snow white on the park.
If you peep her IG, she has tons of photos and videos of herself as SW doing all the work – but apparently those posts ended up getting her in trouble… or at least one of them.
The post that Sophia says ended up causing quite a stir with Disney bosses depicts her as a woman in a Snow White outfit… and two other photos together that show her as an adult also dressed as Snow White (during the work), which apparently ruffled feathers.

Frankly, the whole clarification of exactly what the problem was is a bit complicated – it doesn’t seem like Sophia herself understands why her bosses were so out of practice – however long the story was… they seemed outraged that she was suggesting that she was Snow White as a child, although Sophia clearly says that this is not what was implied in her photos.

There’s also a long-standing rumor that Disney simply doesn’t allow its cast members to post photos of themselves as characters online — because it destroys the illusion that they’re real… which many suspect may be at play. . here too. Also known as, ruining “integrity of character”.
As you might think, this story went viral – mostly after some confusion over whether Disney was kicking the character Snow White out of their parks entirely, which they 100% don’t – and now… there’s all this fuss about whether or not Disney was appropriate or inappropriate.

If you’re wondering what Sophia is up to now after all of this, well… she’s on track for her next venture and looking to the future to move on with her life.
Sophia told TMZ she’s majoring in college now and thinking about getting her degree — not to mention reuniting with family and friends after being away from them while working for Disney.
When it comes to the public response… she tells us it’s been overwhelmingly positive, especially from the Disney team – who she says are thanking her for speaking out about the intense work environment at the Mouse House.
One last thing… despite everything that’s happened, Sophia says she doesn’t rule out working at another Disney park again, including Disneyland here on the West Coast.
