Young NBA player was arrested Tuesday night in Utah on multiple charges after allegedly violating his house arrest — and the Louisiana rapper could face an intense legal battle.
According to local Fox affiliatesThe 24-year-old was arrested by the Cache County Sheriff’s Office around 6:30 p.m. on a number of charges including possession of other controlled substances and a dangerous weapon, identity fraud and forgery, attempting to obtain medication/prescriptions and a pattern of illegal activity.
Jail records show no bond has been set yet.
Apparently, YoungBoy has been living in the Beehive State for a few years now… and claimed last year that he was turning over a new leaf in converting to Mormonism and he was terrified of people.
A judge relaxed his house arrest conditions last December for mental health treatment, but the arrest indicates he is now being accused of abusing those privileges.
He’s still awaiting trial on federal gun charges he picked up in 2020… and something tells us the latest arrest could complicate things for the young star.
