Angie HarmonMinnie’s deceased dog wasn’t as innocent as she claims… at least according to the police.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg police tell TMZ… they are standing by their decision not to press charges against the Instacart shopper who shot and killed Angie’s dog Oliver over Easter weekend.
While cops won’t say how they determined the buyer acted in self-defense, they insist the delivery man, ChristopherIt had bite marks from the dog.
We were told that although Christopher has been arrested in the past, there is nothing stopping him from legally owning a firearm as he has never been convicted of a crime.
Police say they do not intend to release any further information about the case.
However, it doesn’t look like Christopher will be delivering for Instacart anytime soon. Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ…Christopher is no longer permitted to provide services for the app.

We have been informed that his account has been deactivated, meaning he will never be able to provide services on the platform again.
Instacart has very strict guidelines for its shoppers, explaining on its website that it has a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to violence and aggression.
The guidelines state that the buyer’s account will be deactivated if the contractor carries a weapon, makes threats of violence or aggressive gestures, or harasses customers.
Still, this probably doesn’t seem like justice for Angie. Remember, she claims Christopher had no visible marks indicating he had been attacked and showed no remorse immediately afterward…as he allegedly told her, “Yes, I shot your dog.”
