1. Taylor Swift
Taylor Swift fans know that the singer has always been extremely generous and she proved it while out for dinner during her tour in 2013. While stopping by Ralph’s Italian restaurant in Philadelphia with tour mates Ed Sheeran and Austin Mahone, Taylor left a $500 tip. Furthermore, realizing that the chef’s son appreciated her music, she left two tickets to his show.
“From your kindness when you arrived for staying open, to your extraordinarily generous tip before you left, it was a pleasure to dine with us!” the restaurant wrote on its Facebook page. “Probably the biggest star to visit Ralph’s in recent memory!”
Since then, Taylor has continued to show his generosity — especially while attending Chiefs football games last season. At several events, stadium officials say Taylor tipped them with payments of $100.
two. Chrissy Teigen
Chrissy Teigen once left a $1,000 tip after eating at an Outback Steakhouse in Ohio. Chrissy’s waitress, Mikayla Scott, says she was nervous at first about serving the dummy and was shocked to see the huge tip. At the time, she said she would use the extra money to repair her family’s car and share some of it with her co-workers.
“I was like, ‘Oh my God, reward the Lord,’” Mikayla told Related Press.

3. John Leguízamo
As a highlight, John Leguizamo states that it is extremely important to tip servers effectively. In fact, he says he pays $100 in tips to waiters and valets.
“This isn’t the ’70s. You can’t tip with $20 payments. People will throw that at you,” joked John as he appeared GMA3: What You Should Know. “You have to give it again. If people are providing you with the best service and you don’t tip them? Let’s go. Who are you? I’m not a cheapskate.”
4. Jessica Simpson
In 2011, a server shared that Jessica Simpson had left a generous $300 tip on her $500 bill at Lavo restaurant in New York City. After eating with a small group of friends, Jessica supposedly I paid the invoice and left a word on the check that said, “You were wonderful and made this world a better place. Love, Jess.”

5. Amy Schumer
Amy Schumer has been seen leaving generous endorsements at several events. Again in 2015, she left a $500 tip to her waiter when she realized he was working two jobs simply so he could pay his school fees. Then in 2017, Amy was attending a performance of Hamilton on Broadway, when she gave a huge tip to the theater’s bartenders. According to bar captain Sara Laursen, Amy tipped $1,000 on a $77 check — leaving her shocked.
“I took a look at this and I’m totally, totally shocked,” she later instructed. ABC. “I was speechless and the first thing I thought in my head was, ‘Are you sure?’”
6. Johnny Deep
Johnny Depp became known as a generous tipper, and in 2009 he left a large tip for a waiter at a Chicago restaurant. While he was in town selling his film, Public Enemies, Johnny and a group stopped at a local spot where they racked up a $4,400 bill. When the check arrived, Johnny supposedly tipped the waiter another $4,000.

7. Tom Selleck
In 2020, Tom Selleck participated in a social media “tipping problem” where people in lucky positions added a little extra to their bill when they went out to eat. Donnie Wahlberg, who helped spread the word about the issue, learned that his former co-star had left a $2,020 tip on a $204.68 bill and wanted to share.
“I found out my TV dad #TomSelleck generously accepted the #2020TipChallenge on the Elios High East Facet! I love you, dad,” Donnie tweeted. “I didn’t start it, but I’m proud to be part of it. To those who donated the smallest additional amount this year – THANK YOU.”
8. Donnie Wahlberg
Donnie Wahlberg also participated in the 2020 edition, leaving a generous tip when he stopped by a restaurant in Marshland, Massachusetts. The actor, who had visited the restaurant before, requested a similar waitress as usual and received a $2,020 tip.
“A very special thanks to our friend @donniewahlberg! When asked about all of this he said ‘who’s next?!’” the restaurant shared on Instagram.
Earlier that year, Donnie and his wife Jenny McCarthy I left the same tip at an IHOP location in Illinois.

9. Harry Types
Harry Kinds went out to dinner with James Corden and Adele in St. Thomas when he joined the 2020 tip problem. According to the server, Harry took the bill for $472.50 and added an extra $2,020 as a tip, simply writing: “Comfortable New Year!” On the invoice.
“Congratulations to @harrystyles for looking after Mr Huge Life!” wrote the worker on his Instagram, which is now personal. “@donniewahlberg you got the second worldwide response from Harry Kinds, coming from the Virgin Islands of St Thomas with @j_corden and @adele.”
10. Carlos Barkley
Charles Barkley believes it’s really important to be a good tipper when you’re a profitable person. While recalling some of his experiences, Charles says he once tipped $25,000 while gambling – and believes he should have tipped even more.
“I believe it is necessary whenever you are profitable (to be a good tipper). The waiter, the waitresses, the blackjack sellers… They work extraordinarily hard, they don’t receive a significant salary. I believe the more profitable you are, the more you will have to tip. I’ve tipped $25,000 before,” Charles said during a look at the Conan, noting that it was during a game of blackjack that he won $700,000. “I probably should have tipped extra, to be trustworthy.”

In 2014, Charlize Theron stopped at a Pinkberry store for frozen yogurt, but realized she forgot her wallet. Charlize promised to return with payment – and she definitely followed through. Later that day, she returned with a bill for $100 to thank the employee, who later confirmed the huge tip to TMZ.
