Kyle Richards is playing the casting director. The 55-year-old reality star shared her thoughts on a potential new addition to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast, expressing their desire to Hilaria Baldwinactor’s wife Alex Baldwinto participate in the reality show.

Despite admitting uncertainty about the correct pronunciation of Hilaria’s name, Kyle expressed his belief that it would be appropriate for the situation. The suggestion caught the attention of Kelly and Jan, who noticed the Baldwins’ interest in venturing into reality shows.
“They’re looking for a reality show. He told us. He told us,” Jan said.
“Wait, that’s right. Wait a minute. Wait. Alec Baldwin on this podcast here said they’re looking for a reality show,” Kelly chimed in, referring to his November interview with the 65-year-old actor.
Kyle revealed that she had already discussed the idea with Alec, hinting that Hilaria, 40, was open to joining the group. RHOBH cast if she ever moved to Los Angeles.
However, Alec clarified during Kelly’s podcast that his family’s interest in reality TV comes from their desire to work from home in New York City.
Hilaria and Alec, married in 2012, are parents of seven children: Carmen, Rafael, Leonardo, Romeo, Eduardo, María and Ilaria. Alec also shares a daughter, Ireland Baldwin, with his ex-wife, Kim Basinger, and recently became a grandfather after the birth of Ireland’s daughter, Holland, with André Allen Anjos.
