Travis KelceSaturday was really for the boys… because he grabbed pizza with his friends – and Taylor Swift it was nowhere to be seen.
Kansas City’s big tight end hit Geraci’s Slice Shop in downtown Cleveland’s old ’87 haunt yesterday – where the store owners just had to take a photo of their native son.
The photo shows TK standing next to an old pay phone in the store. The store’s Instagram caption excites Travis while imploring him to bring T-Swift to the restaurant next time.
We spoke to an eyewitness who confirmed Swift’s absence… telling us that Travis came over with some friends – all guys – in the afternoon and ordered some slices to go.
We were told that Kelce was smooth and very down to earth as he ordered classic pepperoni and a slice called “Hot Tito”… red sauce, mozzarella, thick cut pepperoni, sausage, Romano and hot honey drizzle. This is a meal for a champion, for sure!
It appears Kelce is familiar with the local chain… with our source saying he’s visited another location in the city before, but has never been to this specific location.
We don’t know how much Travis spent – but most slices cost $6… a pretty reasonable price for a guy who will make $12 million next season, not including sponsorship dollars.
Now, getting to the heart of the matter…no Taylor Swift in Ohio, it seems. The happy couple was recently reported to be enjoying a vacation in the Bahamas – so maybe Tay needed to get back to work.
She finished shows in Singapore earlier this month… and we know she’s not scheduled for another live show until early May in France – but she’s a busy woman and may have other obligations she needs to get back to.
They’ve visited several incredible locations together… Argentina, Australia, Singapore, Las Vegas – but interestingly, we’ve never seen them in Travis’ hometown before.
Taylor is already a music legend… so it seems like only a matter of time before she arrives in the “Rock and Roll Capital of the World.”
