Flea is trying to make a nearly $3 million profit on his Los Angeles-area home after listing it for a high price… TMZ has learned.
The founding member of the Red Hot Chili Peppers put his SoCal estate back up for sale on Tuesday — asking $6.997 million for the residence. Remember, the bassist first secured the five-plus-acre property in 2018 for $4.25 million. He has already tried to unload it in 2022.
Still, after taking a closer look at the gorgeous listing photos, it’s clear that the home is worth every penny. The home, which is just north of downtown Los Angeles in La Crescenta, has five bedrooms, five bathrooms and more than 1,350 square feet of living space.
The residence is divided into two residential spaces. There is the main house, built in the 2000s, which has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and impressive mountain views.
Above the main residence sits the property’s original house, which was built in 1953 and includes two bedrooms and an additional bathroom. If you’ve only counted four bedrooms so far… you’re correct, as there’s also a one-bedroom cabin on the five acres bordering the Angeles National Forest.
It seems like a perfect property for anyone looking to host long-term guests or want lots of privacy from others.
The amenities are impressive too, as there’s a 50-foot-long lap pool and a catering kitchen. Where do we sign up?
