Christine Quinn’s husband, Christian Dumontet, was arrested for the second time.
The second time just this week, of course.
One day later Dumontet was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon, he’s already gone again arrested by LAPD on March 20 for returning to the family home… despite Quinn being issued an emergency protective order.
This, according to a booking log obtained by E! News and other celebrity gossip outlets.
The order of protection was implemented following a domestic incident that occurred between Dumontet and her two-year-old son Christian.
According to local authorities, Dumontet “threw a bag of glass (at Quinn), but missed and hit the child, causing injuries,” which led to the child visiting the hospital.
From what we can tell, he wasn’t seriously injured.
Dumontet was taken into custody on $30,000 bail after each arrest, which he paid after being released. Based on arrest documents, he is scheduled to appear in court on April 11.
Quinn, who left the show Selling Sunset in 2022has not yet commented on the arrests or the alleged assault.
But her “focus is on her child’s safety and ensuring they remain safe and secure,” a source told E! Newsadding:
“She has hired an attorney and they are working on the restraining order request.”
Meanwhile, Quinn and Dumontet got engaged in February 2019 and exchanged vows later that year in a chic ceremony featured on Season 2 of Selling Sunset.
They then welcomed their son in May 2021.
“I fell madly in love,” Dumontet said during a speech at the couple’s engagement party.
“We got along well in the car. We were literally in the car and had an instant banter, which is really special. You don’t get that very often.
Quinn clearly felt the same very quick connection between the spouses.
“He’s the opposite of me in every way because I love putting myself out there,” she told Bustle in 2020.
“I love being fabulous. He doesn’t care about dressing well or looking good. He doesn’t care about any of that. He only cares about his work and travel. Which I also care about.
