Prince William and Kate Middleton are reportedly upset about all the conspiracy theories surrounding their whereabouts.
Royal pro Katie Nicholl got candid about how the royals feel about the rumors, revealing to “Leisure Tonight” on Wednesday: “I know from the sources I spoke to that both William and Kate were quite shocked and genuinely surprised by the wild rumors that are circulating on the web.”
“I feel like there’s some frustration, probably even anger, actually on William’s part.”
Nicholl continued: “I think the recommendations that (Kate) had, well, something as crazy as a bad haircut that she needed to turn into cosmetic surgery gone wrong or people speculating that she’s probably in a coma, I think that has left the Prince of Wales angry, upset and quite offended as well.”
She further mentioned that it hasn’t been easy for William, 41, or Middleton, 42, to avoid drama, as they both embrace their social media presence.
“It’s been difficult for them,” Nicholl explained. “I think they’re trying to ignore it as much as they can.”
“They got a deal on Instagram, got hundreds of thousands of followers,” she continued. “They really don’t have their head in the sand. They are aware of what is being written and what is being mentioned. And I feel like there’s a certain frustration that they can’t finish it.”
Nicholl added that he would have thought the current sighting of Middleton visiting a farm stand in Windsor at the weekend would have “quashed all feverish hypotheses about the Princess of Wales”.
“You would have thought that the video, which showed her walking at a fairly fast pace, carrying a shopping bag, looking quite healthy and happy and talking in a very relaxed manner with her husband, would have simply dampened all the feelings. abundant hypothesis that has been circulating on the internet for weeks,” she said.
“But, incredibly, many of these theories are still circulating on the internet.”

The video of Middleton hanging out in the farm stand over the weekend was the Princess of Wales’s first public appearance since Christmas Day.
However, web sleuths were not convinced that the woman in the video was Middleton, and many assumed it was her professional lookalike, Heidi Agan.
Agan – who is labeled on Instagram as “the UK’s most regal-looking Kate Middleton lookalike” – spoke out on Tuesday, telling the Mirror it wasn’t her.
“My own social media has gone crazy when people think it’s me, but I know it’s not,” she told the outlet. “I know it’s not me. I 100% imagine it’s Kate Middleton and William in that video.”
In January, Kensington Palace announced that Middleton underwent stomach surgery and will spend around two weeks in hospital.
As the mother of three is recovering, several people continue to research the royal’s every move.
On March 10, she broke her months-long silence on social media by posting a photo with her and William’s children — Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5 — on Mother’s Day in the United Kingdom.
However, eagle-eyed fans spotted several Photoshop errors, which prompted Middleton to later issue an apology, fearing for her well-being.
Different theories surrounding Middleton’s absence from the spotlight include resurfaced rumors about her husband having an affair with girl Rose Hanbury.
The dishonest rumors – which date back to 2019 – left even Hanbury “very upset”.
The Marchioness of Cholmondeley – who is married to David Cholmondeley – denied the rumors earlier this week through her lawyers.
