ET can confirm that Cristina QuinnHer husband was arrested.
According to Los Angeles County sheriff’s jail records, Christian Richard Dumontet was arrested Tuesday around 2 p.m. on a felony charge and booked nearly four hours later by the Los Angeles Police Department. At the time of publishing this story, the 45-year-old remains in custody on $30,000 bail. ET has learned that Christine’s 2-year-old son was transported to the emergency room by ambulance from the scene of the arrest. Christine rode in the ambulance with her son and apparently requested a restraining order against Christian to protect her and her son. A source close to Christine calls the situation “devastatingly raw.”
ET reached out to the former Selling sunsets star’s representative for comment.
According to Page six, who first reported the arrest, Christian “threw a bag containing a glass bottle at the victim” but “missed the victim” and instead “struck the victim’s son, causing injuries.” The news outlet, citing a public information officer, reported that the child was treated by paramedics but not transported to hospital. Quoting the police, Page six reported that he was booked for an alleged assault with a deadly weapon.
Photographs obtained by Page six show Christian handcuffed and being taken out of the house barefoot and wearing glasses and a bathrobe.
Christine and Christian, a businessman, share a 2 year old named in honor of his father. The real estate agent quit the hit Netflix show after finally parting ways with The Oppenheim Group, the Hollywood-based, female-dominated real estate company at the center of the series that later spawned Selling the OC. Later, Christine signed with IMG Models.
