As noted previously, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are cuddling at the time.
The singer is between stops on her Eras Tour and the Pro Bowl tight end is enjoying his offseason (after the Kansas City Chiefs won the Super Bowl in February), giving the couple a chance to simply… exist.
And breathe.
And not be directly in the spotlight all the time for a change.
According to a new report from Heat Magazine, however, this break couldn’t have come at a better time for the stars.
They’ve reportedly been “overwhelmed” by all the attention their relationship has caused, and Swift, in particular, is a little worried about what such pressure might do to their future.
She doesn’t want the novel to “burn and burn,” to use the publication’s words, as past novels have done for her.
As a result, Swift could soon become proactive.
A source said the artist “is thinking couples therapy could be a good idea” for her and Kelce in order to “protect themselves” against any obstacles that may come their way.
The source emphasizes that there are “no big problems” in the couple’s whirlwind romance… but Swift and Kelce still want to “safeguard their relationship before trouble starts.”
How mature, right?!?
The Kansas City Chiefs player is “more than willing to talk about his feelings and sees the value in having a professional help them,” Heat concludes.
This might be the ideal time for Kelce and Swift to gear up too, because Swift will release a new album next month.
Then she will go back on tour.
Everything is about to get wild and crazy for the lovers once again.
For now, though, “they are spending time together in Los Angeles. They are still very happy,” writes People Magazine.
The couple stepped out for a date night at West Hollywood members-only spot Bird Streets Club over the weekend, People also reports.
Both also attended an Oscars after-party last weeksneaking into the event to avoid the gaze of photographers.
According to a guest at the party, the Grammy winner and the professional athlete spent the night “on the patio and in a great mood,” with this onlooker adding:
“He was protective of her and she was charming and bright – they seemed very happy together and loving the evening.”
