Mauricio Umansky was heard saying he and Kyle Richards were “not together” during a men’s trip to Aspen, Colorado, last week.
An eyewitness told Page Six that Umansky struck up a conversation with a woman during happy hour at a Western store-turned-celebrity hangout, Kemo Sabe, when he revealed the state of his marriage.
“We are not collectively,” Umansky was heard telling the girl, referring to the “Actual Housewives of Beverly Hills” star.
The “Shopping for Beverly Hills” star, 53, was also heard talking about the “house move” he shares with Richards in Encino, California, and the importance of his children throughout the process.
In December, Richards, 55, confirmed that she and Umansky still live under the same roof but sleep in different rooms.
Our source further tells us that Umansky told the woman he was in the area – which he also frequented with Richards – for their annual boys’ trip.
The spy, however, clarifies that the conversation between the two was not flirtatious and it is not clear whether the woman was a fan or friend.
We’re also told that Umansky seemed in good spirits during the outing as he smiled and danced while one of his friends pulled a guitar from the wall and started singing Oasis’ hit “Wonderwall.”
When contacted for comment, Umansky denied he was involved in anything other than business conversations, telling Page Six: “Last week I was fully engaged with The Company’s business and traveling with some of our top brokers for a collaborative journey and new venture. I didn’t talk about my relationship with anyone.”
Last Thursday, Umansky attended Stranahan’s full happy hour to celebrate the opening of the single malt whiskey brand’s latest après-ski vacation spot, Stranahan’s Whiskey Lodge.
He also shared several photos of his boys’ snowboarding journey over the past few days via Instagram Tales.
Just days before Umansky arrived at the celebrity snowboarding destination, he and Richards teamed up for their youngest daughter Portia Umansky’s 16th birthday.
They were photographed arriving in the same car at a Los Angeles restaurant to celebrate their daughter’s milestone.

The former couple are also parents to Alexia, 27, and Sophia, 24. Richards is also mom to Farrah, 35, who she shares with her first husband, Guraish Aldjufrie.
Although the former couple has addressed their split, they have remained silent on what specifically led to their split.
During the “RHOBH” finale, Richards joked that “issues happened” that caused her to lose trust in her husband of 26 years, but she didn’t specify what those issues were.
Meanwhile, Umansky admitted he lost his “s–t” and had a “complete breakdown” after they split because he “can’t handle” juggling his marital issues and his growing business venture.
“I was so pressured,” he told Richards in the “Shopping for Beverly Hills” Season 2 preview clip. “The journey clearly takes its toll on us and you’re working hard and we’re very busy and it’s been very stressful.”
In September 2023, the reality show couple confirmed that they separated after 26 years of marriage and are currently “free” people until now.
